| JENESYS News |
The mid-year review meeting of the JENESYS Young Japanese Language Teachers Dispatch Programme was held at the Japan Foundation Sydney on July 9th. The eight young Japanese-language teachers (YJT’s), who have been working as assistant teachers in New Zealand and six different states in Australia since January 2010, had the opportunity to make a presentation on their experience and achievement and to exchange useful information about the Japanese language education. They also gained new knowledge and techniques in the professional development session conducted by the Japan Foundation language consultants. The YJT’s are making remarkable contributions at their schools and communities and made the Japan Foundation staff feel very proud.
